Approach

Four ideas we hold to.

  1. Operator’s perspective.

We approach businesses from the standpoint of operations first. Durable customer relationships, workforce quality, and local reputation matter more than presentation materials or adjusted margins.

  2. Disciplined underwriting.

We pursue businesses with understandable economics, durable demand, and clear operational foundations. We believe thoughtful pricing and careful diligence matter more than chasing momentum.

  3. Founder-aligned structures.

We prefer transaction structures that preserve alignment between buyers, founders, and operators. Seller rollover, earnouts, and long-term incentives can create stronger outcomes for all parties involved.

  4. Long-term orientation.

We invest with a multi-year perspective and avoid short-term decision making that weakens durable businesses. Our focus is on strengthening operations, preserving culture, and creating long-term enterprise value.
